Claire Clark is an extraordinary pastry chef and Jean Cazals is an extraordinary photographer. I think this book proves both those statements. This was a real challenge to work on: long days in the studio for us all, and a real team effort. Jo Harris provided beautiful props for a collection of cakes which spanned the world. The end result is something of which we were all very proud.
