I've been working with the team at Gold, based at the top of Portobello Road, since before their opening in the late spring of 2019. The Michelin-starred Galvin brothers serve up their luxury take on the brasserie food of France. Lara Holmes captures their food beautifully. A book of 150 recipes, including essays and images from the French producers whose story is interwoven with those of the brothers and their restaurants.
