It's established itself as a vibrant community-strong restaurant and late-night bar: effortlessly cool in its aesthetics, but serving honest and rave-reviewed food, cooked mostly over flame. MALLOW
Mallow is a plant-based restaurant based in the heart of Borough Market, indeed, it's the first vegan restaurant to set up there in more than 250 years of the world-famous London market. The food is vibrant and innovative, really pushing the boundaries of what is possible with plants and what it's possible to extract from their flavours. The restaurant is minimal waste and sustainability runs through its core. The dishes are a joy to behold.
