I've been working with the team at Gold, based at the top of Portobello Road, since before their opening in the late spring of 2019. It's established itself as a vibrant community-strong restaurant and late-night bar: effortlessly cool in its aesthetics, but serving honest and rave-reviewed food, cooked mostly over flame. MASTERCHEF
MasterChef is known and loved the world over. This was the first in a series of new MasterChef publications with the ambition being to create a fresh, exciting and on-brand look. I commissioned world-famous food photographer David Loftus to shoot 45 dishes from the three winning MasterChef UK finalists, plus 45 new recipes created exclusively for the book.
