PEPPER
Pepper is a thorough and fascinating exploration of single-subject book. The history and lore around the peppercorn in all its forms, together with extensive notes on its botany and cultivation make up the first part of this book. The second and major part is dedicated to over 100 recipes, from simple spice mixes to dishes where pepper plays a fundamental and sometimes transformational role.
