I've been working with the team at Gold, based at the top of Portobello Road, since before their opening in the late spring of 2019. I worked together on more cookbooks with Vivek than with any other chef. There isn't one of them that I didn't love. He is one of the best and kindest people I have worked with and his food is quite wonderful. This collection was a book of dishes from his celebrated restaurant, Cinnamon Kitchen.
